Operations can seem like a chore.
To me, it's the notation that keeps the music alive.
In the world of music, playing by ear can only get you so far. If an orchestral director wants dozens of musicians to play in perfect collaboration, they don’t go to the flautist and hum their part until it’s memorized. They hand them a score—a precise, written record of what to play, when to play it, and how it fits into the grander context of the ensemble.
That score is the difference between a fleeting melody and a masterpiece. It’s why we can still experience the genius of Bach or Beethoven centuries later; their vision didn’t die with them because they left a roadmap for others to follow.
I look at organizational systems through that exact framework. Beyond what's listed on my resume, I’ve always been a translator of sorts, between the big, inspired idea and the practical notation required to make it repeatable.
Whether I’m working with a nonprofit, a creative agency, or a solopreneur, my goal is the same: to help you move past playing by ear so your work can thrive and endure.
Writing that score is where most leaders get stuck, because we've been taught
to view the way we lead as an either/or choice.
When I entered the workforce, I noticed a recurring pattern: people tend to categorize themselves as either a “Big Picture Visionary” or a “Detail-Oriented Doer." We often treat these identities as if they are on opposite ends of a linear spectrum; setting the stage for a tug-of-war where the vision and the execution are moving in different directions.
I see this as a translation error. Without a shared "score," the big picture and the daily details eventually drift apart. This usually manifests in three distinct ways:
01
Unanchored Vision
You’re stuck at one end of the spectrum, prioritizing the big picture while the day-to-day details drift away. You have a massive goal, but no one knows what to do on Monday morning to get there.
02
Aimless Workflow
You’ve drifted to the opposite end, where the details are the priority but the North Star is lost. Your team is busy and productive, but you aren't actually moving any closer to your long-term mission.
03
The Alignment Gap
You’re trying to bridge both ends of the spectrum, but the vision and the details aren't speaking the same language. This leads to interpersonal tension and processes that look good on paper but fail in practice.
The reality: it's not a spectrum, it's a lens
I’ve worked across marketing, nonprofits, food and beverage, and education, and I’ve learned that the "Big Picture" and "The Details" aren't separate destinations—they are just different zoom levels of the same thing.
The "Big Picture" is simply the sum total of every small detail working in harmony.
Now, I help teams and solopreneurs stop choosing sides and start aligning their focus. I provide the lens that allows you to zoom in to fix a broken workflow and zoom out to ensure that workflow is actually driving you toward your 10-year goal.

Certified Workflow & PM Specialist
I translate your goals into technical reality; applying industry-standard frameworks to your preferred tools to ensure every workflow is precise and scalable.
Cross-Industry Perspective
Whether working with a marketing team, an arts-centered small business, or a charitable nonprofit, I've found that while missions change, the need for clarity is universal.
Off the clock
When I'm not auditing a workflow or mapping out a project, I'm usually focused on a different kind of performance. I'm a lifelong music and theater nerd, so I love to support local productions and sharpen my own skills in singing, acting, dancing, or piano.
When I need to recharge, you'll find me out on a trail, planning my next travel adventure, or simply enjoying an evening with friends and family.
