What if I'm not sure exactly what I need?

Don't sweat it! This is what our introductory call is for. We’ll look at your friction points together to help define your needs and discuss solutions. This may include a strategy adjustment, a redesigned workflow, a culture-focused action plan, a marketing infrastructure to help you stay consistent, or a referral to a solution tailored to your needs elsewhere.

Is the introductory call really free?

Really, really. The goal is to determine if we’re a good fit for one another. There is no obligation to sign a contract, and I’d rather you leave the conversation with clarity than a service you don’t need.

My nonprofit has a limited budget. Should I still reach out?

Please do. I value the work nonprofits do and often adjust my approach or provide scaled resources to accommodate different budget realities. If I can’t help directly, I’ll try to point you toward a solution that works for you.
